Napalm Death and the Melvins did an EP together this year called Savage Imperial Death March on AmRep.   They are now touring together calling the tour Savage Imperial Death March Part II.  Napalm Death are headlining.  The longest running member Shane Embury was out sick and the guitar tech Matt Sheridan filled in.  This is a problem with the opening duo Dark Sky Burial since that is Shane's side project.  The two members on thereman and drum machine are cloaked, so Matt probably filled in there too.  This leaves vocalist Barney Greenway (Lee Dorian's replacement since 1987) as the oldest member along with Mitch Harris on guitar who also joined in 1987 and was first heard on 1989's Harmony Corruption album.  None of the founding members from 1981 are in the band, so really this band's start is 1986.

Melvins' Buzz & Dale Crover are still going at it with Steven McDonald from Redd Kross and  Coady Willis from Big Business on second drum kit with Dale.  Their set was a little shorter than you'd expect from a co-headliner, particular the Melvins.  However, Napalm Death with their passports carried the day as headliners.

Titan To Tachyons played after Dark Sky Burial as they did last year with Melvins side project King Dunn.  I missed them last night but got to see them at TV Eye between that show and this one.  They are still good.
