Missed: Brower, Disket

Coming from Sacri Monti's set opening for Elder, the other Tee Pee band of the night featured members of Tee Pee bands past.  Actually there was a third Tee Pee band, Valley Lodge who were in Park Slope at Littlefields but we had to catch the two out of town bands that rarely come around.  

Stepmother is led by Melbourne's Graham Clise who played in Witch starting around 2009 with the late great Dave Sweetapple and J Mascis.  He also contributed to Rot TV, Lecherous Gaze and Annihilation Time.  As one may expect, Stepmother play loud and fast punk rock Aussie style, but really Graham has been all over the place.  Witch were Western Mass, Annihilation Time were Oxnard, CA.

We left Elder thinking Stepmother were gonna be on at 10:30 but the final opener Loosey had yet to start.  That's how it goes.  They did a good take on melodic Oi! 999-style.
