Missed: Moon Destroys

I had a bit of running around this evening for two out of town Tee Pee bands, Sacri Monti and Stepmother at TV Eye.  This meant we had to take off shortly after Elder went on.  I hadn't seen Elder for a couple years and this tour found them featuring their album Lore on it's 10th Anniversary.

This was the first time I've managed to see Sacri Monti.  They only made it to NYC once before at St Vitus, but somehow I missed that.  Whenever I sold records at the Tee Pee table at DesertFest, this is the band people come up and talk about with REVERENCE and they didn't disappoint.  Duel guitars, Humble Pie keyboards, laconic vocals.  Great to see!
