10cc last played a reformation gig in 2012 at the NYC Society of Ethical Culture for their 40th anniversary tour.  Prior to that they hadn't played NYC since the Palladium in 1978 after the Godley and Creme departure.  This is Graham Gouldman's 10cc along with Rick Fenn (yes, the one that did an album with Nick Mason) and drummer Paul Burgess along with recent adds Ian Hornal and Keith Heyman.

The holy trinity of "The Things We Do For Love," "I'm Not In Love" and "Dreadlock Holiday" of course were played and the grand finale was their hit "Rubber Bullets."  Gouldman of course was a 60's songwriting heavyweight with things like "For Your Love" by the Yardbirds and "Bus Stop" by the Hollies, but this set focused on 10cc greatest hits and some of his new solo stuff including "Floating In Heaven" which features Brian May on the album.

Opener Robin Taylor Zander did an 8 song acoustic opening set with a few Cheap Trick hits ("If You Want My Love," "I Can't Take It" and "I Want You To Want Me.").  The son of Robin Zander has been cutting his chops as a touring member of Cheap Trick the past 5 or so years and is trying to strike out on his own with a debut album.
